Academic Support (All-Inclusive & Academic Packages only)
Analysis of the student's academic reports (scheduled six times a year, considering Half Term reports), depending on the school's reporting schedule. The analysis includes:
Explanation of the grading system.
Comparative analysis with previous grades.
Possible reasons for low grades and recommendations for improvement.
Contact with subject teachers or tutors (depending on the school) to obtain more precise information on grades if questions arise during the analysis. Online meetings with parents and students can be arranged to discuss grades if necessary.
Attendance at parent-teacher meetings online (subject to the school's schedule) with written or verbal feedback following meetings with subject teachers.
Additional Support (All-Inclusive Package only)
First Term Visit: Meeting with the student's tutor/house parent and the student. Written or verbal feedback after the meeting, including photos and videos of the student's school upon parents' request.
Monitoring of school correspondence and completion of all necessary school forms.
